Mindfulness Course

Join this 8 week course to learn mindfulness in a structured and supportive way. It has been carefully designed with the intention of giving you, the confidence and ability to practice for yourself and apply it to your lifestyle and needs. During our time together, you will have experienced numerous practical exercises with an understanding of how to utilise them in everyday life, you will be able to relax your own mind and body, understand the principles behind Mindfulness and should be starting to experience the benefits it has to offer. 

Explore Mindfulness workshop

​Designed as a taster, this workshop aims to give you an insight into the subject of mindfulness This accessible and informative session covers the scientific benefits of mindfulness, practical exercises for you to try, some basic posture work, tips on how to get started, time to ask all the questions you need and take home resources. 

Immersion Class

Immersion class combines meditation and mindfulness techniques, offering students the ultimate relaxation and wellbeing experience.

Enjoy the privacy and comfort of being suspended in your own hammock whilst music is softly played in the background and you breathe in the wonderful properties of the diffused aromatherapy blend made fresh for every class. Each week, a new  guided meditation is written and a take-home technique taught, so all you have to do is lay back and enjoy the experience!
