Traditional psychology focuses on trauma, why we are unhappy and 'shortcomings' but (as the name suggests) this newer form of psychology works on wellbeing, happiness and really flourishing in life. Evolution Wellness offers numerous techniques that you can learn for yourself, or if you wold prefer, work reguarly with others in a class setting. During this workshop we will look at what journaling actually is, the scientific benefits, types of journaling, examples of journals and what to journal about, tools and equipment to try, as well as having a go of course! By the end of it, you will be able to journal for yourself!
