Beginner Meditation Course
If you only ever do one meditation course, this is the one!
It has been designed with the intention of giving you, the confidence and ability to practice for yourself and apply it to your own lifestyle and needs.
During this beginners friendly course, you will have experienced numerous practical exercises, knowing how best to utilise them in everyday life, how to work around barriers, such as lack of time that may previously have hindered your efforts. You will be able to relax your own mind and body and should be starting to experience the benefits meditation has to offer as well as being familiar with basic postures and breathing techniques.
Intermediate Meditation Course
Available to those who have completed the beginners level, this course has been created to further develop your understanding and meditation practice. By now you will be reaping the benefits of meditation and ready to take it to the next level.
You will be given an insight into the many different styles of meditation that are out there, experience further exercises to enhance your practice, learn to use meditation to deal with pain and challenging emotions, try more advanced postures and explore how mantras, affirmations, compassion and gratitude can be used in meditation to improve your overall wellbeing.
Explore Meditation workshop
Designed as a taster, this workshop aims to give you an insight into the subject of meditation. Stripped of the complexities and myths on the subject, this informative session covers the scientific benefits of meditation, practical exercises for you to try, some basic posture work, tips on how to get started, time to ask all the questions you need and take home resources.
Immersion class combines meditation and mindfulness techniques, offering students the ultimate relaxation and wellbeing experience.
Enjoy the privacy and comfort of being suspended in your own hammock whilst music is softly played in the background and you breathe in the wonderful properties of the diffused aromatherapy blend made fresh for every class. Each week, a new guided meditation is written and a take-home technique taught, so all you have to do is lay back and enjoy the experience!
